Sr. Manager, Digital Growth & Operations

📋 Description

• Own strategy execution for eCommerce, driving growth and premium consumer experience.
• Partner with VP of Ecommerce to translate objectives into digital initiatives.
• Lead end-to-end consumer experience and feature planning for acquisition and wallet share.
• Develop and manage digital product roadmap and rollout plans across regions.
• Coach Product Owner and drive high-impact, strategic initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
• PM certification preferred.
• Minimum 7 years in eCommerce/digital product; 4+ years owning a digital roadmap or program in a DTC
• Experience with Shopify Plus, integrations, CDP/ESP/CMS/PIM, and eCommerce KPIs.
• Proven vendor management, RFPs, and contract negotiation experience.
• Strong data-to-insight skills and executive storytelling ability.
