📋 Description

• As Chief of Staff, support Field CTO and Enterprise Deployment leads by managing their teams’
• Organize team resources, improve efficiencies, and provide a holistic overview for leadership.
• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding to scale rapidly and ensure readiness from Day 1.
• Prepare for meetings, create useful slides, and ensure time spent is productive.
• Track OKRs and report progress, identifying gaps early.
• Plan team co-locations and foster collaboration across a globally distributed team.
