🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading complex consulting or transformation engagements with measurable
• Proven management consulting experience in strategy, transformation, operating model, program
• Demonstrated leadership of multi-stakeholder programs in complex organizations, including executive
• Strong project and change management capabilities, including readiness, adoption, communications
• Strong coaching and influencing skills with the ability to align diverse stakeholders to a common
• Excellent facilitation and executive communication skills, including development of C-level
