M&A Integration Lead - Corporate Development

📋 Description

• Lead integration planning and execution for each acquisition from diligence through post-close and
• Own and run the Integration Management Office (IMO), primary contact for executive teams and
• Build and maintain the master integration plan, track dependencies, escalate blockers with
• Identify synergies and value-creation opportunities across engineering, people, finance, legal, etc.
• Bridge cultural/operational differences to protect deal value and establish trust
• Leverage AI tools to automate diligence synthesis, status reporting, and tracker upkeep

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in M&A integration, corporate development, consulting, or
• Experience leading cross-functional programs with clear ownership of timeline, risk, and reporting
• Strong communication skills to translate status/risk for executive audiences
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and driving progress with incomplete information
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, aligned with strategic deal goals
• Comfort with AI tools and applying them to increase efficiency/output
