- KIPP Indy is seeking an Elementary School Teacher to provide a student-centered learning
- Plan, deliver standards-aligned lessons across core subjects and use age-appropriate instructional
- Assess student progress with data to inform instruction and provide targeted interventions.
- Maintain high expectations and foster a positive, inclusive classroom culture with strong family
- Collaborate with colleagues to align curriculum and participate in school-wide events and
- Engage in ongoing professional development and reflect on teaching practices.
🎯 Requirements
- Valid Indiana teaching license or applying for reciprocity with a valid out-of-state license
- Bachelor’s degree in elementary education or related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience (preferred).
- Strong understanding of foundational literacy and child development (required).
- Proven record of fostering academic success in diverse, underserved communities (preferred).
- Pass a criminal background check (required).
