Medication Support Assistant

📋 Description

• Support the Clinic Nurse to ensure prescriptions are delivered timely
• Update participant info in systems and provide medication packaging, delivery, and refill guidance
• Coordinate medication delivery from pharmacies or center
• Manage orders/changes for participants in various care settings

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency
• Experience as medication/medical assistant or pharmacy technician preferred
• Two years of clinical experience with frail or elderly population preferred
