Home Health Aide

📋 Description

• Provide rehabilitative care and skilled nursing at clients' homes
• Perform activities of daily living, light housekeeping, bathing, grooming
• Support with toileting, nail care, ROM exercises, transfers
• Medication assistance and vital sign checks
• Home management tasks like laundry and meal prep
• Assist with ambulation and mobility as needed

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of work experience
• Must be listed on NJ Nurse Aide Registry, active and in good standing
• Read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Pass BAYADA Competency Evaluation Examination
• Criminal background check completed
• Meet all state requirements
