- Deliver patient progress tracking and collaborate with the clinical team.

- Operate within Upstream Rehabilitation network and clinic framework.
- Deliver high-quality care in a modern outpatient setting.
🎯 Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Delaware PTA license or eligibility.
- Active, ongoing engagement in professional development and evidence-based practice.
- Ability to work in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.
