📋 Description
- Own the service layer for platform/API using Node.js and TypeScript.
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services for account creation, identity verification, and
- Build event-driven processing, messaging, and streaming integration (pub/sub, queues, Kafka/GC
- Ensure idempotent, resumable multi-step workflows with retry and reconciliation.
- Design scalable, resilient architecture on cloud (GCP) with Kubernetes.
- Collaborate with adjacent squads and mentor Sr. Software Engineer I level engineers.
🎯 Requirements
- 6+ years of professional software development in backend services.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS/SE (or equivalent).
- Deep Node.js and TypeScript expertise, async patterns, concurrency, backpressure.
- Production experience with event-driven architectures (queues, pub/sub, streaming).
- Experience building idempotent, resumable workflows; strong SQL; Docker, Kubernetes; cloud platform
- AI-assisted coding tools experience and ability to review code before shipping.
