Senior Product Support Specialist

📋 Description

• Senior role in Safety Operations, handling escalations end to end
• Partner with engineering/product to improve platform through RCA
• Own knowledge content and self-service experiences for creators
• Coordinate across support, engineering, and comms during incidents
• Prepare post-launch RCA reports for stakeholders
• Proactively test new product/policy changes for support impact

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in technical/product support or similar
• Proven root cause analysis of complex issues
• Excellent written communication for engineers and creators
• Ability to self-direct and handle ambiguity
• Cross-functional influence to engage engineering/product
