📋 Description

• Own end-to-end ecommerce business with P&L ownership
• Set commercial strategy across acquisition, conversion, AOV, retention
• Manage Shopify site, merchandising, pricing, promos
• Lead site UX, product presentation, and Shopify roadmap
• Own forecasting, demand planning, analytics to defend P&L
• Lead cross-functional partners in Marketing and Operations

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on Shopify/B2B ecommerce leadership
• Growth-stage experience scaling an ecommerce business
• P&L ownership with growth vs margin trade-offs
• Full-stack ecommerce expertise across merchandising, conversion, analytics
• Strong cross-functional leadership and influence
• Data-driven with metrics to drive decisions
