🎯 Requirements
- 8-12+ years in strategic program management, business transformation, or related field.
- Background in Digital Media; platform + agency experience preferred.
- Executive communication and stakeholder management with C-suite exposure.
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and structure complex problems into actionable plans.
- Experience leading cross-functional change management initiatives.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
