📋 Description

• Lead technology strategy across AbbVie Corporate Functions
• Partner with senior leadership to deliver tech solutions for AI-ready operations
• Define 2-3 year tech roadmap across multiple domains
• Drive data practice, automation, and measurement improvements
• Manage senior managers and directors across tech domains
• Influence strategic decisions with cross-functional collaboration

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, 12+ years experience
• Proven ability to drive employee performance and engagement
• Strong communication translating tech to business value
• Experience leading teams of 15+ with diverse structures
• Ability to explain problems clearly to all levels, incl. C-Suite
• Thought leader with techno-functional problem solving
