📋 Description
- Design, implement, and optimize MES across AbbVie’s global manufacturing network.
- Lead technical design, configuration, integration, and testing of MES apps.
- Develop and maintain MES best practices, SOPs, and playbooks.
- Lead Communities of Practice and standardization efforts.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to MES engineers.
- Support adoption of new MES tech and digital transformation.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Eng, Science, IT, or related field.
- 3+ years MES experience in pharma or regulated settings.
- Understanding of digital manufacturing concepts and IT/OT integration.
- Experience with process improvement, system analysis, docs in multi-site/global envs.
- Collaborative, good communication across business and tech teams.
- Working knowledge of cGMP and pharma regulatory standards.
