Senior Associate, Care Operations

📋 Description

• Support workforce management planning for phone teams, with vendors
• Assist with forecasting, reporting, and vendor communication
• Become expert in tools/platforms (incl. AI) and performance trends
• Validate invoices based on partners’ hourly contributions
• Optimize staffing plans across multiple teams and KPIs
• Build reporting to improve visibility and decision-making

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 1-3 years in operations, strategy, or related field
• Analytical skills; process optimization and PM experience
• Strategic thinker with actionable plans for growth/efficiency
• Hands-on with BI tools like Looker or Tableau
• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud or Playvox a plus
