Job Description
📋 Description
- Lead development of SP core I&A surgical products from concept to launch
- Partner with Engineering and Product Design; coordinate with Marketing and Sales for pricing and
- Own in-country product performance and monitor adoption, utilization, and customer experience
- Drive SI/OP contributions for forecasting, SKU planning, and launch ramp support
- Ensure product quality and supply continuity with cross-functional teams
- Translate field insights into actionable product requirements and roadmaps
🎯 Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or business
- 4+ years in medical device role; 6+ years in product management, marketing, engineering, or related
- Strong communication and collaboration across engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customers
- Data-driven mindset with strong quantitative skills
- Experience with minimally invasive surgery preferred
