- Hands-on technical leadership role to support engineers and delivery at a high level
- Lead a team building end-to-end customer workflows on core platform and/or AI-powered features
- Role is hired through an Employer of Record partner in the Czech Republic
🎯 Requirements
- Experience managing software engineers and leading cross-functional teams
- Strong technical background in modern web app development and API/backend design
- Proficiency with SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
- Experience with AI/ML engineering and deploying production AI services is a plus
- Experience with cloud environments (AWS) and DevOps practices
- Excellent communication and collaboration across UX, Product, and Cloud/DevOps teams
