• FDBA embedded with client teams to own outcomes
• Use AI, data, analytics to move faster and transform financial services
• Strategic advisory, AI operator, and execution partner
• Deliver AI-enabled consulting across operating models, systems, processes
• Collaborate with client business, operations, data, and technology teams
• Manage delivery timelines and stakeholder communications

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Engineering/AI/Computing/CS/Data Science/Financial Engineering; Master’s preferred
• 3+ years in financial services consulting or similar
• Foundational experience with AI/GenAI tools and governance
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Jira/Confluence, PowerBI/Tableau, SQL
• Strong communication, analytical thinking, ownership, teamwork
• Interest/knowledge in financial services industries
