📋 Description

• Lead analytics engineering efforts to empower data-driven decision-making across the organization.
• Shape analytics engineering strategy and drive innovation for a competitive edge.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide mentorship across the analytics team.
• Establish best practices for analytics engineering and data pipelines.
• Develop and manage dashboards and self-service tools for stakeholders.
• Leverage a large-scale data environment (Web, App, API) and advanced visualization platforms.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, CS, Analytics, or related field; advanced degrees preferred.
• 7+ years in analytics/data engineering or related field.
• Expertise in scalable data pipelines, ETL, Python, SQL, DBT, and data warehousing
• Strong data instrumentation, QA, and data accuracy across complex environments.
• Proven experience with automated reporting and visualization (TIBCO Spotfire, Power BI).
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and leadership skills.
