📋 Description

• Embedded role in a strategic account to own customer outcomes
• Onsite building and platform delivery across agency environments
• Design, build, and ship AI-enabled tools and workflows on Axon platform
• Own deployment, adoption, and ongoing success end-to-end
• Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Support, and Services

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in customer-facing technical roles, program management, or complex deployments
• Experience building automations, agents, workflows, or AI-enabled tools in customer environments
• Comfort working across hardware, software, cloud, and integrated systems
• Strong communication with technical teams and senior stakeholders
• Full ownership mentality in fast-changing environments
• Ability to obtain and maintain CJIS compliance and security standards
