Test Engineer

📋 Description

• Perform, document, and oversee product testing per standards in a fast lab.
• Maintain environmental testing equipment: thermal chambers, vibration tables, shock testers
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and test anomalies to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 17025, ASTM, MIL-STD-810, IEC 60068, ISTA.
• Assist RCCA/FMEA/FTA, Six Sigma for test failures.
• Collaborate with engineers to optimize testing procedures and SOPs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Electrical, Materials or related field.
• 10+ years in environmental testing, sustaining or reliability engineering.
• Hands-on with climatic, mechanical, and corrosion test equipment.
• Data acquisition, test automation, and analysis tools: LabVIEW, MATLAB, Minitab, Python.
• Familiarity with failure analysis, predictive maintenance, SPC.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
