📋 Description

• Provide day-to-day operational and technical support for publisher clients across Spain.
• Clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in Spanish and English.
• Support publisher onboarding and implementation using defined processes and best practices.
• Analyze reports to identify performance trends and basic anomalies.
• Help translate data into clear, actionable insights for clients and internal teams.
• Apply structured thinking to troubleshoot issues and propose next steps.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken) and English.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (CS/IT) or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of digital advertising or publisher monetization concepts.
• Familiarity with header bidding, Open RTB, or SSPs (hands-on not required).
• Interest in mobile monetization and ad SDKs.
• Comfortable with Excel/spreadsheets and data analysis for trends.
