Sr. Sourcing Specialist, OPEX (Starlink)

📋 Description

• Cross-functional sourcing for Starlink production, coordinating with engineering and manufacturing.
• Place purchase orders, forecast demand, and manage supplier performance to meet production goals.
• Develop sourcing strategies for mechanical parts, COTS hardware, and related services.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing, author contract documents with legal, and manage supplier risk.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in purchasing/procurement/production planning or 5+ years in lieu of
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems, BOMs, work orders, and purchase orders.
• Strong data analysis skills: Excel, SQL, Power BI.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and materials finishes; capable of on-site vendor reviews.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to work across organizational boundaries.
