📋 Description
- Lead clinical operations for Habilitation offices in HI area.
- Partner with Directors and Clinical leadership to mentor, educate, and support teams.
- Oversee episodic case management and professional development for clinicians.
- Serve as a consultant to office Directors; implement new processes and improvements.
- Monitor quality, Star ratings, and adherence to BAYADA policies.
- Support strategic planning for divisional growth and program design.
🎯 Requirements
- Active compact RN license
- BSN, MHA a plus
- 3-5 years in home health care
- In-depth OASIS and Habilitation case management knowledge preferred
- Proven expertise in episodic case management and multidisciplinary leadership
