📋 Description

• Lead on-site team to manage community operations and financial health.
• Own resident experience, occupancy, and tenant relations from move-in to renewal.
• Coordinate with regional leadership and cross-functional teams (Revenue, Collections, Marketing
• Guide prospective buyers through home purchase and ensure show-ready homes.
• Oversee budgeting, vendor spending, and NOI performance.
• Maintain curb appeal and ensure compliance with standards and processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in property management; manufactured housing a plus.
• Sales experience with prospecting, follow-up, and closing ownership.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and online home listing platforms.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; detail-oriented and solutions-driven.
• High school diploma or GED required; Associate/Bachelor preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean record; able to pass background check.
