Sr. Global MES Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and optimize MES solutions across AbbVie’s network.
• Lead technical design, configuration, integration, and testing of MES apps.
• Develop, document, and maintain MES best practices and SOPs.
• Lead Communities of Practice and standardization efforts.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to MES engineers.
• Support adoption of new MES tech and digital initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Eng, Science, IT, or related field.
• 3+ years MES experience in pharma/manufacturing or regulated envs.
• Solid understanding of digital manufacturing, MES operation, and IT/OT integration.
• Experience with process improvement, system analysis, and doc in multi-site/global envs.
• Knowledge of cGMP, pharma regulatory standards, and quality compliance.
• Experience with MES platforms, preferably POMS Aquila.
