📋 Description

• Join Axon 911 as a Unified Communications Integration Engineer in a hybrid role in Manhattan/NYC
• Integrate and deploy the Cloud-Based Emergency Real-Time Communication Platform.
• Interoperate high-availability RTC and VoIP services with security/compliance focus.
• Collaborate with Operations, R&D, Sales, CTO Office and Product Managers.
• Onboard new customers and tailor UC solutions per requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• VoIP architecture experience; hands-on with Kamailio, FreeSWITCH, Asterisk, etc.
• Strong knowledge of SIP, SDP, RTP, WebRTC; codecs, encryption, transport troubleshooting.
• 3+ years deploying open-source VoIP solutions.
• 3+ years networking; OSI model up to 7 layers.
• Linux familiarity; bash scripting.
• Experience deploying on AWS private/public clouds.
