Clinical Nurse Manager (RN) - Home Health

📋 Description

• Lead, inspire and motivate care teams to deliver exceptional home health care.
• Visit adult/geriatric clients for supervisory/assessment visits in Myrtle Beach, SC.
• Supervise a team of field clinicians and coordinate in-services for staff.
• Facilitate new hire orientation and nurse training; coordinate staff development.
• Participate in weekend on-call coverage as needed by the office.

🎯 Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) with 2+ years of RN experience.
• Minimum 1 year of Home Health experience required.
• Acute, med/surg, or sub-acute experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
