📋 Description

• Own customer evidence, community, and event advocacy programs to prove KnowBe4's value and engage
• Build a steady pipeline of case studies, references, video testimonials, and ROI-focused proof
• Partner with Customer Success to identify stories and move them through production efficiently.
• Produce modular proof points, slides, quotes, and one-pagers for sales and marketing use.
• Maintain an up-to-date evidence library searchable by industry, use case, and product.
• Serve as the liaison between the customer community and Marketing; activate customer champions.
