📋 Description

• Develop & optimize complex bioassays & target-binding potency assays for complex
• Collaborate with analytical teams; cross-functional interaction with Discovery, CMC, QC, QA to
• Qualify/validate/transfer potency methods to external partners; author technical documents for
• Develop new techniques, explore new approaches, troubleshoot & optimize experiments; present

🎯 Requirements

• MS degree in biology, biochemistry, cell/molecular biology, or related field + 1 year of relevant
• Experience in binding potency assays (ELISA, TR-FRET, Octet, flow cytometry, etc.) to characterize
• Experience in cell-based functional potency assays (cytotoxicity, reporter gene, proliferation
• Cell-based & non-cell-based target binding potency assays; data analysis with GraphPad PRISM
• Experience in optimizing & troubleshooting potency assays; working in a crossfunctional
• Authoring technical reports, SOPs, regulatory filing sections; presenting data to peers/management.
