📋 Description

• Serve as SME for TECPDS.
• Train and support child care providers in TECPDS tools.
• Plan, coordinate, facilitate trainings (virtual and in person).
• Maintain expertise through ongoing training and certification.
• Provide technical assistance to programs and mentor staff.
• Develop and distribute educational resources and materials.

🎯 Requirements

• Related 4-year degree or equivalent experience.
• Proficient PC use, reports, databases, MS OS.
• Strong customer-facing communication skills.
• Excellent written and interpersonal skills.
• Team player with problem-solving abilities.
