📋 Description
- Design, build, and operate CI/CD for Salesforce and custom apps
- Define lanes: agentic, human-in-the-loop, or AI-assisted
- Build agent ops layer with tools, permissions, sandboxing
- Implement gated approvals and distinct sign-offs
- Own environments, secrets, observability, kill-switch, rollback
- Produce SOX-required audit trail and evidence
🎯 Requirements
- Built and run CI/CD pipeline for a team with deploy/rollback
- Hands-on Salesforce deployment mechanics or equivalent enterprise platform
- Experience with AI coding tools and agentic workflows
- Design for failure: blast radius, sandboxing, permissions
- Familiar with GitHub Actions or similar CI, IaC, and glue scripting
- Clear design docs; defend design to engineers, approvers, auditors
🎁 Benefits
- Annual Salary: $320,000 — $405,000 USD
