Data Center Electrical Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead electrical design for data center facilities in the US portfolio from utility service entrance
• Develop reference designs, specs, and review submittals for critical power systems.
• Conduct studies (short-circuit, load flow, power quality) to guide equipment selection.
• Plan DC hall layouts, rack positioning, and cabling coordination with cooling designs.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in electrical engineering for mission-critical facilities, data centers, or
• Deep familiarity with US codes (NFPA 70/70E, NEC), IEEE standards, and local interconnection rules.
• Hands-on experience with prefabricated/modular data center electrical infrastructure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Computer Engineering or related field.
• Experience with SKM/ETAP/EasyPower for power systems analysis; understanding critical power
