Deal Desk Strategy Manager

📋 Description

• Run point on Deal Desk for largest/strategic transactions in your region with AEs/RVPs
• Initiate deal strategy conversations before paperwork/approvals
• Document sequence of events to close each deal; drive cadence
• Establish regular cadence with account teams to drive velocity
• Own deal strategy/end-to-end structuring, including orders/docs
• Triages deal complexity; escalate or resolve as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10+ years in Deal Desk, Sales Ops, or Revenue Ops
• Trusted advisor to AEs and RVPs; proactive deal shaping
• Contract structuring, order forms, pricing/discounting knowledge
• Collaborates with Legal, Finance, and Sales Ops on complex questions
• Independent judgment for triage and escalation
• Strong written/verbal comms; able to speak with customers
