Business Development Manager, Facial Aesthetics

📋 Description

• Field-based role; reside within designated area
• In-field 4 days/week; visit at least 4 customers per day
• Promotes Facial Aesthetics portfolio (Botox, Juvederm, Kybella)
• Collaborates with Allergan Aesthetics cross-portfolio teams
• Executes in line with US Sales/Marketing plan

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in health/sciences/pharmacy or related field; or relevant experience
• 3+ years sales experience; B2B2C preferred
• Healthcare marketing knowledge; physician practice familiarity
• Strong business acumen, analytics, and consultative skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Field travel, lifting up to 50 lbs, travel readiness
