• Lead incident management for production service delivery
• Maintain SaaS deployment lifecycle operations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or equivalent
• 5+ years relational databases (MS SQL) and DB design
• 5+ years managing websites (IIS) and web deployment
• 5+ years scripting (PowerShell, Python)
• 1+ year DevOps tools (Jenkins, Git)
• 1+ year cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
