- Coach and mentor Provider Services staff, teachers, and admins for quality and growth
- Design and deliver training for providers and staff
- Maintain TECPDS expertise as Registered Trainer
- Obtain and maintain Texas Rising Star Mentor certification
- Partner with providers to tailor training needs
- Lead professional development to improve provider quality
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience organizing and planning program operations at supervisory level
- Strong customer service, leadership, and HR skills
- Willing to complete Texas Rising Star Mentor Program via CLI Engage
- Experience in social services for parents, children, providers
- Valid Texas driver's license with acceptable MVR
