📋 Description
- Develop embedded software for robotic subsystems with hard real-time requirements
- Integrate hardware and software across sensors, actuators, and communication modules
- Collaborate with mechanical and electrical engineers to deploy software on robotic platforms
- Own embedded software components from concept through testing and deployment
- Ensure safety, reliability, and real-time performance of control systems
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years embedded software/firmware for robotics or real-time hardware
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, or related field
- Strong proficiency in C and C++, Python for testing/tools
- Solid understanding of embedded systems architecture and hardware-software interfaces
- Experience with real-time operating systems (RTOS)
- Experience with EtherNet, EtherCAT, CAN, SPI, UART, or I2C
