Sr. Construction Project Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee full lifecycle of multidisciplinary construction projects in Bastrop, TX
• Own cost and schedule targets; manage contracts and invoicing
• Coordinate with end users, facilities team, vendors, and contractors
• Facilitate city, county, and regulatory approvals
• Maintain site safety and environmental requirements for contractors
• Take on new projects as business needs require

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management OR 4+ years of
• 8+ years of professional experience in engineering, architecture, or construction management
• Ability to read and interpret drawings; basic earthmoving equipment operation
• GPS/Total Stations experience; proficient with MS Office and PM software; basic AutoCAD
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
