• 3+ years leading engineering teams delivering scalable solutions
• Strong software engineering foundation with system design experience
• Hands-on with Java, PostgreSQL and Redis
• Experience with high-load distributed systems
• Hands-on and collaborative, fostering learning
• Strong mentor, coach, and accountability mindset
