📋 Description

• Edit for flow, copyedit, style, and format all forms of deliverables for medical affairs
• Perform pre- and post-Creative reviews for all assets at defined project stages to ensure quality
• Proofread layouts against templates and guidelines; annotate amends or insert text changes into

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years of progressive professional medical or science editing experience.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); Adobe Creative Suite (Acrobat); EndNote
• Familiarity with Veeva annotations; Google Analytics, SEO; permissions for figures/tables.
• Experience with mock journal/congress submissions and preparing submission-ready materials.
• Excellent grammar, writing style, and ability to work independently and on cross-functional teams.
