📋 Description

• Field-based role performing diabetic eye exams (retinal screenings) using company imaging equipment.
• Travel to provider practices and patient homes; 100% paid field travel in the Philadelphia, PA area.
• Travel logistics and mileage reimbursed by the company.
• Collaborate with team, providers, payers, and care teams to close eye exam quality gaps.
• Complete company training on retinal imaging; maintain competency with ongoing training.
• Manage daily eye exam schedule and coordinate travel.

🎯 Requirements

• Willingness and ability to travel daily, up to 100%; no prior eye exam/imaging experience required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Associate degree or greater in a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, quality measures, medical billing/coding.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams, and healthcare systems.
