Axiom Business Analyst

📋 Description

• Run a full GAP analysis on data setup against FR 2052a/FR Y-15 requirements
• Collaborate with Finance teams to understand products and link to report needs
• Direct data architects to gather necessary data (transactional, counterparty, collateral, balance
• Translate Fed regulatory language into BRDs/FRDs for implementation
• Map data from source systems into the Axiom ODS and consolidated data model

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Finance, Accounting, or similar
• 10+ years as a Business Analyst in a Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) environment
• Hands-on experience with AxiomSL (ControllerView)
• At least one full lifecycle FR 2052a or FR Y-15 implementation at a major bank
• Solid grounding in financial products
• Comfortable with PowerBI and SQL; experience handling large, messy data sets
