Propulsion Technician (Starship)

📋 Description

• Deliver state-of-the-art, high-quality components for Starship and Super Heavy propulsion systems
• Operate laser welding, mechanical assembly, and pressure testing on large components
• Collaborate with engineering and leadership to maintain component delivery rates
• Maintain safe, professional work area; identify hazards and improve tooling and processes
• Adhere to procedures, specs, and test instructions; report daily work completion
• Troubleshoot failure modes with engineering to improve reliability and manufacturability

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency
• 1+ years in fabrication, manufacturing/assembly, or testing
• Experience in weld preparation
• Lean manufacturing (5S) knowledge
• Strong attention to detail; ability to work with tests and safety procedures
• Experience with pressure/temperature/flow measurement devices and mechanical/pneumatic systems
