Director of IDD Residential Services

📋 Description

• Oversee all residential programs and services across the assigned region
• Provide leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight
• Drive growth, new business opportunities, and high-quality services
• Manage budgets, staffing, licensing, compliance, and policy development
• Collaborate with Area Managers, Program Directors, and state management teams
• Support leadership development and ensure consistent, person-centered service delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field
• 5+ years in residential IDD/DD services or similar settings
• 2+ years of leadership overseeing multiple programs/sites
• Knowledge of person-centered supports, Medicaid/CIH/HCBS Waiver, and IDOH/CARF standards
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and adaptability to new tech
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
