Supervisor, Stage Integration, First Shift

📋 Description

• Oversee Final Integration Operations on 1st Shift (5:00 AM PST - 3:30 PM PST) to ensure Terran-R
• Lead and develop a team of integration technicians, driving continuous improvement in skills and
• Partner with manufacturing engineering, planning, supply chain, and quality to enhance efficiency
• Drive production schedules to ensure on-time completion of flight hardware and daily production
• Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement aligned with company values

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in aerospace, automotive, or other high-reliability manufacturing
• 2+ years of leadership, lead, or supervisory experience overseeing production technicians/operators
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes such as assembly, integration, and testing
• Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings, specs, and GD&T
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to drive accountability in a fast-paced
