Test Manager

📋 Description

• Lead testing across multiple projects and partners.
• Own end-to-end testing lifecycle incl. planning to closure.
• Define testing strategies, goals, and artefacts.
• Oversee SIT, UAT, ORT with quality gates.
• Collaborate with QA leads, engineers, PMs and vendors.
• Act as testing SME on methods, risk, design.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years leading QA/testing teams on large tech projects.
• Experience across STLC incl. SIT, UAT, ORT.
• Hands-on as QA Lead/QA Engineer with technical input.
• Strong in coordinating multi-stream teams and external partners.
• Extensive JIRA and Confluence knowledge.
• Experience with test automation and frameworks.
