• Lead site safety and drive a culture of ownership
• Ensure compliance with OHS laws and company standards
• Maintain safety management system and records
• Coordinate with regulators, insurers and auditors
• Own annual safety plan and improvement priorities
• Coach leadership on safety risk and performance

🎯 Requirements

• Formal qualifications in OH&S
• 5+ years HS&E in FMCG/multinational
• Injury management and Workcover experience
• Return-to-work coordination training desirable
• Lean manufacturing experience desirable
