📋 Description

• Manage and build backend server applications powering the Chariot platform.
• Contribute to architecture and design of APIs, backend systems, and apps.
• Define team standards and best practices.
• Generate ideas for new initiatives and technologies.
• Improve real-time and analytical monitoring and alerting.
• Communicate effectively with founders, PMs, and developers.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of software development experience.
• 2+ years backend development building scalable systems.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proficient with Go, Node, Docker, Terraform, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Postgres, REST APIs, and gRPC.
• Strong ownership and delivery focus.
