📋 Description

• Lead a team of Mechanical Engineers to design, develop, and launch instrument products.
• Define product pillars, requirements, and architecture with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Legal, Clinical, Test, Manufacturing and others.
• Oversee SOPs, design reviews, and FDA-design history file guidelines.
• Provide admin leadership for staffing, budgeting, and project costs.
• Recruit, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering team.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years from concept to production (medical preferred).
• 8+ years mechanical design experience.
• Proven cross-functional leadership for complex surgical products.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to executives.
• Hands-on manager with CAD proficiency (SolidWorks preferred).
